Titled:

Media Wars - On the role of the media in the latest civil crisis

Dr. Dajani is professor of communication at the American University of Beirut. He served as a member of UNESCO’s International Panel of Experts on Communication Research and is a member of the board of the Centre for Media Freedom in the Middle East and North Africa. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism.
Dr. Dabbous is a professor of Communication and Media Law and Ethics at the Lebanese American University where she is also the Director of the Institute for Women’s Studies in the Arab World. She participated as an expert on media and gender-sensitive communication policies in working groups organized by the UN Division for the Advancement of Women.
